Torque Multiplier Calibration Systems

A.K.O.’s Torque Multiplier Calibration Systems are versatile and offer the ability to calibrate different types of Torque Multipliers by measuring both the Input Torque and the Output Torque of the tool. The systems can calibrate Square Drive reaction, Pin Reaction, In-line and Offset Multipliers. Many Torque Multiplier manufacturers use AKO systems for production and maintenance. With a combination of AKO torque transducers, the Output range for these systems can range from 50 lbf∙ft to 150,000 lbf∙ft, while the Input range is 5 lbf∙ft to 2000 lbf∙ft. AKO’s Multiplier Calibration Systems are modular and can be expanded to add the ability to calibrate Hydraulic Wrenches and Pneumatic Wrenches.
