Durable Torque Transducer Calibration Stands
A.K.O. understands that some customers may need to perform transducer calibration In-House with their own torque transducer calibration equipment, instead of sending them out to a Calibration Lab. A customer may have a need for an extremely short Torque Transducer calibration turn-around time due to work volume. A Nuclear Power Plant may not be able to send out their equipment for calibration due to access restrictions, such as in a Hot Lab. An airplane manufacturer may need to perform their own calibrations to have control of their torque standards to ensure quality control. TSD2042/52
The TSD2042/52 is a Torque Transducer Calibration Stand that is used to calibrate Torque Transducers up to 2000 lbf ft. The base of the Stand has adjustable leveling feet to ensure the Stand is level during calibration. It is used with the TSD1017 Angle bracket to provide a sturdy base for calibrating Torque Transducers.
TSD6542/52
The TSD6542/52 is a Torque Transducer Calibration Stand that is used to calibrate Torque Transducers up to 6500 lbf ft. The base of the Stand has adjustable leveling feet to ensure the Stand is level during calibration. It is used with the TSD6517 Angle bracket to provide a sturdy base for calibrating Torque Transducers.
TSD10042/52
The TSD10042/52 is a Torque Transducer Calibration Stand that is used to calibrate Torque Transducers up to 10000 lbf ft. The base of the Stand has adjustable leveling feet to ensure the Stand is level during calibration. It is used with the TSD10017 Angle bracket to provide a sturdy base for calibrating Torque Transducers.
TSD20042/52
The TSD20042/52 is a Torque Transducer Calibration Stand that is used to calibrate Torque Transducers up to 20000 lbf ft. The base of the Stand has adjustable leveling feet to ensure the Stand is level during calibration. It is used with the TSD20017 Angle bracket to provide a sturdy base for calibrating Torque Transducers.

TSD6517
TSD6517 is an adjustable angle plate used for Torque Transducer calibration and is mounted on the TSD6542/52 Calibration stand, or can be mounted to a work bench. It has adjustable set screws on both sides of the plate to adjust the Torque Arm height when attached to the Torque Transducer.
TSD1017
TSD1017 is an angle plate used for Torque Transducer calibration and is mounted on a TSD2042/52 Calibration stand, on a TSD2060 Click Wrench System, or can be mounted to a work bench.
TSD10017
TSD10017 is an angle plate used for Torque Transducer calibration and is mounted on a TSD10042/52 Calibration stand.
TSD20017
TSD20017 is an angle plate used for Torque Transducer calibration and is mounted on a TSD20042/52 Calibration stand.
