TSD10040 Portable Hydraulic Wrench Calibration System

The TSD10040 is a compact, portable, and highly accurate Hydraulic Torque Wrench Calibration System specially designed to test and calibrate the P&WA 50308 Advance Hydraulic Torque Wrench, as well as many other hydraulic torque wrenches up to 10000 lbf∙ft. The system is compactly packaged in a high-impact reinforced plastic case, with heavy-duty hardware, continuously hinged with four collapsible handles placed on each side of the case for ease of handling. Designed compartments and holders store all of the versatile adapters, high-pressure hydraulic hoses, connectors, and power cord for hydraulic torque wrench calibration. A rugged base rail and removable clamp system allow the TSD10040 to be secured on a workbench or suitable surface for safe and convenient use. The system consists of the latest “state of the art” microprocessor-based digital torque indicator with “push button” Zero, Peak-Hold, and Conversion for lbf∙ft / lbf∙in, exclusive clockwise/counter-clockwise span adjustability, and many other features. 

The Hydraulic Regulating system is designed to connect between the user’s Hydraulic Pump and the Torque Wrench Head, providing the user the ability to precisely control the system pressure to capture the exact desired reading on the Pressure Gauge or the Torque Indicator. The 0 to 10,000 PSI system pressure gauge and quick-acting shut-off valve ensures safe operation of hydraulic torque wrench calibration. The High-pressure Hoses, adapters, Multi-pattern reaction plate, clamps, and calibration block all store conveniently in the case.
